Arab American Bar Association of Ohio Hosts First Free Event of New CLE Series in March
Mark Mikhaiel, Esq. presents the CLE event “Attorney-Client Privilege: Three’s a Crowd” on March 25, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. via Zoom Conference.
Who is “the client” in an attorney-client relationship? Is a client only an individual with whom a lawyer has a written or oral representation agreement? Or can a loved one or confidante become a client by extension if he or she attends attorney meetings or communicates directly with the retained attorney? Attorney Mark Mikhaiel will discuss these issues during the free CLE event “Attorney-Client Privilege: Three’s A Crowd” on March 25, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Mikhaiel will review the best practices to ensure attachment of the attorney-client privilege in situations where a client identifies an “agent” to act on his or her behalf.
“Attorney-Client Privilege: Three’s a Crowd” is open to the legal community. To register for the event and obtain a Zoom link, go to “Upcoming Events” at https://www.arabamericanbarohio.org.
